Wujiang Idear Textile Co., Ltd is located in famous China  Oriental Silk Capital——Shengze , Wujiang, Jiangsu. It is close to jinghang river and Shanghai city, and enjoys pleasant climate and convenient trafic. This makes Shengze to be a  modern textile base in the east of China  and the traffic hinge of Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province and Shanghai City .

Our company is an all-around enterprise of weaving, dying & printing, trade and service. Currently ,we have 300 advanced water looms, 80 air-jet looms and one set of high speed warpers from South Korea. Meanwhile, there are suited  finishing machines:  brushing machine from Italy(up to 280),sizing machine from Korea(up to 360cm),, coating machine(up to 240) and printing machine(up to 280) from Taiwan. There are  top-skilled workers and professional managers,who are the persistent power for the continual development of our enterprise.

1)      hometextile fabric:

B.     N/P corduroy(w corduroy, corn corduroy, spandex corduroy)

C.     Wider N/P taffeta, wider satin, wider peach skin(heavy dewspo), flocking fabric, embroidery fabric, bronzing fabric)

2)      apparel fabric:

A.     mirco fiber: peach skin, pongee

B.     imitated silk fabric: polyester satin, georgette, chiffon, koshobo, chiffon yoryu,and so on.

C.     Nylon fabric: nylon taslon, nylon taffeta, nylon oxford

D.     Mixed fabric: nylon cotton fabric, cotton nylon fabric, polyester cotton fabric, NPC fabric

E. Others: minimatt, gabardine, polyester taffeta, organza, etc.

3)      functional fabric:

flame retardant fabric, wind-proof fabric, cire fabric, moisture absorption fabric, coated fabric(up to 10000mm, breathability, paper ability, silver, pu), bonded fabric , sand washed fabric

4)      bag fabric:

oxford fabric( nylon, polyester), jacquard oxford, yarn dyed  oxford, PU leather oxford, rip-stop oxford, printed oxford, coated oxford.

5)      new products:

we will develop new products according to the request and the trend fashion of  the market

As for production, we have a whole detailed process: quality approved----lab-dip approved----greige produced----greige inspected----dyeing, printing & other finish ----packing & delivery arranged ----documents delivered . The whole production is followd up by skilled workers to  assure each of our customers’ requirement  of the product is carried out to the smallest detail. Meanwhile, we are trying to develop new products for our customers and offer perfect after service. Our product is AZO free and can reach standard of  IS09001 and can pass the test by SGS, ITS, etc. Due to this, our product is widely approved by customers from both domestic & overseas market. So far, we have widely exported our product to USA, EU, Middle-east and Souch-east region.
